    Upstairs shower room with shower and toilet, washing machine with cleaning products supplied.

    Ground floor: entrance and separate toilet. Living room with kitchenette and all necessary equipment. Living-dining area with sofa, TV, WiFi, chair that can be adapted to suit the age of the child.

    Annex comprising: 1 area for bikes and luggage. 2 adult bicycles (F) available free of charge. 1 part converted into a summer room with bay window overlooking the garden. Includes a bench and table for meals or a rest area, as well as a Weber electric barbecue.

    2 deckchairs are available for the garden, as well as beach and board games.

    The house is semi-detached on one side, with a surface area of 44m² and a 23m² annex.
    It is located in a quiet area, close to the Ker Châlon beach.

    Bed linen and cleaning products provided.
    Reception at the boat and transport to the house.
    Utilities included.
    Deposit: €300
    Privileged weekly or fortnightly rental.
    3 nights minimum.
