I offer 2 treatments:
- Foot reflexology: by stimulating reflex zones on the feet, this treatment helps to regulate the nervous system and relieve digestive, hormonal, immune or muscular problems.
- Ear reflexology: stimulation of reflex points located on the auricle. It can be used effectively to manage stress and emotions, sleep disorders, acute and/or chronic pain, addictions (smoking, snacking, etc.) and learning difficulties in children.

These methods can be combined in the same session. We'll discuss your requirements and I'll adapt my practice to suit your needs.

Foot reflexology discovery session (30 min): €30.
Classic reflexology session (foot and/or ear) (1 hour): €60
