I offer two treatments:
- Foot reflexology: by stimulating reflex zones on the feet, this treatment helps to regulate the nervous system and relieve digestive, hormonal, immune or muscular problems.
- Auricular reflexology: stimulation of reflex points located on the outer ear. This practice can be an effective aid in managing stress and emotions, sleep disorders, acute and/or chronic pain, addictions (smoking, snacking, etc.), and learning difficulties in children.

These methods can be combined in a single session. We will discuss your needs and I will tailor my approach accordingly.

Introductory foot reflexology session (30 mins): €30.
Standard reflexology session (foot and/or ear) (1 hour): €60
