La Ferme d'Emilie

On the rugged coast of the Île d’Yeu, Emilie and Pierre rear a breed of sheep that is at risk of extinction.

Reared in the open air, the farm’s lambs are renowned for their unique flavour, which comes from the varied flora of the rugged coastline.

The fruit, vegetables and herbs are grown organically, following the principles of permaculture: everything is done by hand, without herbicides or pesticides.

Discover the farm shop, where a wide range of organic produce awaits you.
Extend the experience at the restaurant, which showcases the flavours of the garden, lovingly prepared using the farm’s own produce.

A range of educational activities is available for all ages: guided tours, transhumance, permaculture workshops and more.
A self-guided trail also allows you to explore the farm animals at your own pace.

On site you’ll find books, board games, a table tennis table… Everything you need for a lovely time with friends or family.

Farm shop:
Depending on the season, you’ll find lamb, various wool and sheepskin items, as well as the day’s harvest. You’ll also find products made from the farm’s fruit, vegetables and herbs, and a selection of loose-weight groceries consisting exclusively of organic produce.

During the summer season, the farm welcomes local artists and craftspeople from the island on Wednesdays from 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm
