If La Fiancée du Pirate and its old sea wolves, Bubu on violin (Noir Désir, Edgar de l'Est, Rageous Gratoons), Fred on double bass (Rageous Gratoons, Hurlements de Léo), Xavier on guitar (Les Touffes chrétiennes, Transat, Laréplik) around singer Nadia, guitarist and drummer (Laréplik, Fred Batista Konzert, Le cri du peuple) remains faithful to its mission of transmitting the memory that preserves and revives maritime history, the group breathes into the stormy winds a singular poetry that harpoons us, takes us on board and leads us through a variety of emotional registers where it directs its bow to a folk rock compass whose realism and reverie, sense of celebration and nostalgia, are the four cardinal points....
