“Firefighters at the heart of Île d’Yeu’s traditions”
Through their dedication and solidarity, the firefighters of Île d’Yeu have been serving the island’s community for 73 years. This daily commitment goes far beyond simply doing a job. It is a calling that also extends to the firefighters’ families. Telling the story of the island’s firefighters also means shining a light on all those unsung heroes who stand by these firefighting heroes every day.
