Family Constellations Day

Sometimes we feel as though we’re going round in circles in certain situations: a relationship that’s weighing us down, an emotion that keeps coming back, a difficult choice to make, or patterns that seem to repeat themselves despite our best efforts.

Family constellations offer a space to explore these situations from a different angle.

With the group’s support, they help shed light on what sometimes lies beneath the surface of our personal history, our relationships or our behaviour patterns. They often open the door to new insights, a sense of calm or a different way of looking at what we are experiencing.

There’s no need to understand or explain everything. The experience is lived, above all, in the moment, as we engage with whatever emerges.

Whether you come with a personal issue or simply out of curiosity, each constellation is an invitation to explore, feel and take a fresh look at what presents itself.

There is nothing to change. Just meet with others and welcome what is already there.

The two ways to experience a constellation:

Constellant (€75)
You come with a personal situation you wish to explore (a relationship, a difficulty, an emotion, a recurring pattern, etc.). Your constellation is enacted with the group’s help, to gain a fresh perspective on what you are experiencing.

Participant / Representative (€40)
You take part in the day by representing certain elements or people in other participants’ constellations. You do not need to have a specific issue to work on. Being a representative is often an experience rich in insights and resonances with your own personal history.

No prior experience is required. Just come as you are. Everyone is free to experience the day at their own pace, whether they are a client or a participant.
