Emma Leech's SENS course on 20 and 21 September on the Ile d'Yeu:

SENS

We'll dance and vibrate to the rhythm of the 5 rhythms to awaken our senses.
We'll let ourselves be carried away by the surrounding nature and landscape, listening to the metaphorical silence of the body.
We'll connect with our heart, shaping our emotional response to seeing and feeling.
The natural mental state is chaotic, where thoughts trap us.
We will dance wildly to free ourselves and reconnect with truth.
Dissolve into liberated essence, open and light.
Breathing, alive, feeling whole...
A sense of fulfilment, in harmony with our inner world and the outer vision.

This workshop will be guided in English, translated into French.


THE SPEAKER: Emma Leech, certified 5-rhythm © teacher (wave, heartbeat)

Emma has been dancing the 5 Rhythms for over 35 years and qualified as a teacher in 1991. Since then, she has expanded her teaching vocabulary to include the Heartbeat card. Curious, she is always looking for a poetic, artistic and theatrical approach that shines through in her movement laboratories. Emma is currently apprenticing to teach the Body, God and Sex card, which has inspired her to further explore burlesque and clowning... a playful and profound exploration of the human experience. She shares her South London roots with humour and depth, inviting us to look beyond our patterns and habits to discover exciting possibilities.
