At Le Petit Bouquet, amongst the flowers lovingly cultivated by a florist from the Île d’Yeu, I welcome you to an inspiring place, perfect for taking a break and connecting with yourself.

Over the course of three hours, in a small group (maximum four people), I invite you to take time to slow down, unwind and gain a fresh perspective on what you’re going through.

Through conversation, moments of introspection, writing and a few simple exercises, everyone is invited to explore what they are going through and to restore movement where things seem to have come to a standstill.

We can explore various themes such as emotions, the mind, beliefs, thoughts, relationships, intuition, or even certain repetitive patterns and past wounds that influence our daily lives.

I am Sandra Tencé, an emotional release coach. Through dialogue, exploration and various tools, I help each person to better understand what lies behind their emotions, reactions and blockages, so that they can gain a fresh perspective on what they are going through and bring awareness to their experiences.

Not to become someone else, but to learn to embrace the person we are today with greater kindness.
