Book sales in aid of Amnesty International at the Port-Joinville market.
This one-off annual sale helps to finance the group's activities, such as Human Rights Education in schools and colleges.
It also raises public awareness of the values that Amnesty International defends around the world, by getting people to sign petitions or take urgent action to promote and ensure respect for all the human rights enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
