La Ferme d'Emilie

La Ferme d'Émilie is a unique place that combines farming traditions and respect for the environment, while offering visitors an authentic experience in tune with nature and local produce.

It's a place of exchange, discovery and sharing, with a wide range of activities on offer:

TRANSHUMANCE ON THE WILD COAST
A pastoral walk across the moorland, where you can learn about the history of livestock farming on the island and its links with the natural environment.
Great memories for young and old.

VISITS TO THE FARM
The mandala garden, the farm and its animals. Discover the different animals on the farm (goats, sheep, rabbits, etc.), while learning about environmentally-friendly farming and rearing methods.

EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS AND TRAINING
Workshops and training courses are organised for children and adults on topics such as bee-keeping, vegetable dyeing, working with wool, permaculture, etc.

FARM WALKS
During the summer season, the farm invites artists and designers from the island on Wednesdays from 6pm to 8pm.

FARM SHOP
Visitors to the farm can discover a wide range of local produce: seasonal vegetables, lamb meat, woollen items, homemade jams and many other delights.
1 July to 31 August: Monday to Saturday 10am-8pm
September: Monday to Saturday 11am to 9pm and Sunday 11am to 3pm
October: Fridays from 3.30pm to 6pm.

CONCERT EVENINGS are also offered during the season at the Farm.

GROUP VISITS
La Ferme d'Emilie offers a wide range of activities for groups: schools, leisure centres, families, friends, companies, etc. The farm welcomes groups for half a day, a full day or several days. She can tailor the activities to suit your tastes and also offer a catering option or a snack based on farm produce (depending on the availability of the kitchen team). For your events, it is also possible to hire the reception area outside the summer season.
