La Ferme d'Emilie

La Ferme d’Émilie is a unique place that has successfully combined agricultural traditions with respect for the environment, whilst offering visitors an authentic experience in touch with nature and local produce.

A place for interaction, discovery and sharing, it offers a wide range of activities:

TRANSHUMANCE ON THE WILD COAST
An idyllic walk through the moorland where you’ll discover the history of livestock farming on the island and its connection with the natural landscape.
Wonderful memories for young and old alike.

FARM TOURS
The mandala garden, the farm and its animals. Discover the various farm animals (goats, sheep, rabbits, etc.), whilst learning about environmentally friendly farming and livestock rearing methods.

EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS AND COURSES
For children and adults alike, workshops and courses are organised on topics such as beekeeping, natural dyeing, wool working and permaculture…

FARM MARKET
During the summer season, the farm hosts local artists and craftspeople every Wednesday from 6 pm to 8 pm

FARM SHOP
Visitors to the farm can discover a wide range of local produce: seasonal vegetables, lamb, woollen items, homemade jams and many other delicacies.
1 July to 31 August: Monday to Saturday, 10.00 am–8.00 pm
September: Wednesday and Thursday, 11.00 am–7.00 pm; Friday and Saturday, 11.00 am–9.00 pm; and Sunday, 11.00 am–3.00 pm
October: Wednesday and Thursday 11.00 am to 7.00 pm, Friday and Saturday 11.00 am to 9.00 pm, and Sunday 11.00 am to 3.00 pm

CONCERT EVENINGS are also held at the farm during the season.

GROUP VISITS
La Ferme d’Emilie offers a wide range of activities for groups: school groups, leisure centres, families, friends, companies… The farm welcomes groups for half-day, full-day or multi-day visits. We can tailor our programmes to suit your interests and also provide a meal or snack service featuring the farm’s produce (subject to the kitchen team’s availability). For your events, it is also possible to hire the reception area outside the summer season.
