Library and multimedia library in L' Île-d'Yeu

  • The library is a place of resources, information, leisure, education, sharing, exchange and culture. Access and on-site consultation are free. Books can also be borrowed from home free of charge, although registration is required.

  • It is possible to borrow 10 books for 28 days and 2 board games for 14 days.
    Members can also access the Vendée digital library, where they can watch films, download digital books, read the press, listen to music and more.

    The media library is located at the heart of the Petit Chiron Cultural Centre, which includes an exhibition room, the Heritage and Archaeology Department, a digital fabrication laboratory (Fablab), a digital space, the municipal archives, an auditorium, a digital museum...
