What is the improvisation laboratory?

It's a place where you can come together to share a space for physical, vocal, instrumental, poetic, theatrical and, in short, creative improvisation! More concretely, we'll start together with a beginning circle, followed by a time of exploration and ending with an end circle. To make it easier for you to start improvising, Lola will be able to help you get started with a few body/vocal/instrumental games... We can also suggest themes to guide our free practice, for example: eyes closed, in silence...

Lola will be there to support the improvisation space by creating specific atmospheres conducive to certain qualities of listening and expression.

Who is it for?
Adults of all ages who want to take part in an improvisation laboratory.
Have (the desire to explore) one or more practices: Improvisation is an issue that cuts across a wide range of practices, be they physical, musical, theatrical, poetic, etc.
Beginners welcome, because far from being a question that arises only after many years of experience, improvisation can be worked on from the very first steps, using the appropriate tools.

Dates: 1 Wednesday evening a month: 21/01, 18/02, 04/03, 15/04, 13/05 and 10/06/2026
Times: 6.30pm to 8pm
